Ingredients
- Hakubaku Udon 1 pack
- Tasmania salmon fillet 1 piece
- Lettuce, carrot and some seasonal vegetables
- Salt, pepper , sesame oil, soy sauce
Method
- 1. Put Hakubaku Udon in boiling water and stir the udon from time to time so they don’t stick together.
- 2. Place seasoned salmon in pre-heated oven (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Remove udon from the pot after about 7 minutes. Stir in sesame oil and soy sauce
- 4. Add salmon, lettuce, and carrot to the udon
- 5. Enjoy a quick and easy meal. Stay healthy!
