Ingredients
- Passage to Asia Green Curry 200g
- 250ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup mixed vegetables (Green Beans, Slice Carrots, Sliced Bamboo Shoot)
Method
- Add Green Thai Curry to pan on medium heat. Wait until curry mix smells fragrant.
- Add 250ml of coconut milk, and stir. Wait until it simmers.
- Add mixed vegetables, and cook for 5 mins.
- Serve with rice. Enjoy!
