
Ingredients
- Udon noodles
- Long beans
- 1 red onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 branch of celery
- 1 garlic
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce
- Sweet soy sauce
- Sesame seed oil
- Sesame seeds
- Onion pickle
- Bean sprouts
- Alfalfa
- Kimchi
Method
- Fry all the veggies on high heat with a bit of vegetable oil
- In the meantime boil the water and cook the noodles, drain the noodles
- Add soy sauces and sesame oil on the veggies and add the noodles
- Fry eggs and add on top
- Add pickles, kimchi, sprouts, Alfalfa and sesame seeds on top
