
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 200g round beans
- half red capsicum
- 1 piece of S&B Golden Curry mild
Method
- cut all vegetables into cubes.
- heat oil in sauce pan, stir fry potatoes carrots and round beans on medium heat for 2 mins.
- add water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 8 mins.
- add capsicums and 1 piece of S&B Golden Curry mild. Simmer for 5 mins.
- Serve with rice.
