Ingredients
- Sticky Rice
- Sliced Beetroot
- Shredded Lettuce
- Gelini Carrot
- Obento Kakinori Seaweed Sheet
- Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- Obento Cooking Sake
- Obento Mirin Seasoning
- Obento Sushi Seasoning
Method
- To cook your sticky rice, pour into rice cooker combining 1/2tbs of Sushi Seasoning, 1/4tbs of Mirin Seasoning, cooking Sake, and rice wine Vinegar .
- Cook the rice for 20 minutes.
- After the rice has finished cooking, cool the rice in the refrigerator until no longer warm.
- Gather all ingredients and vegetables.
- Center the seaweed sheet onto the bamboo sushi mat (Mat is optional).
- Squash the rice onto the seaweed sheet covering half of the sheet in a thin layer of rice.
- Arrange the vegetables in centre of the rice.
- Raise one end of the mat and roll tightly over making a complete roll.
- To seal the sushi roll at the ends, leftover rice can be used.
- Slice the sushi roll into 4-7 pieces.
- Place on plate, adding any sauce of your liking.
