- Egg noodles, Valcom laksa paste, TCC coconut milk, broccoli, mushrooms, carrot and tofu.
- Cook the egg noodles, drain and set aside.
- Mix the Valcom Laksa Paste with 400ml of TCC Coconut Milk and 1.5 cups water. Bring to boil and turn down to medium heat and add tofu.
- In a seperate pot, put carrots, broccoli and mushroom into boiling water until soft. Drain.
- Add all ingredients and enjoy. Serve with fresh chilli and garnish with basil.
