Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- Salt
- Sugar
- Canned Tuna
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Avocado
- Obento Yaki Nori
Method
- Wash and drain 2 cups of sushi rice
- Add rice and 3 cups of water to rice cooker and cook the rice
- Drain canned tuna and slice the veggies
- Mix 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar + 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar in a bowl
- Once the rice is cooked, move it to a big bowl and let it cool down
- Add the vinegar mix to rice gradually and stir well
- Spread the rice on the sushi nori, then put tuna and veggies in the center of the sushi nori
- Roll the sushi with the help of a sushi mat
- Slice the sushi into pieces and server
