Ingredients
- 1/2 jar Valcom Green Curry Paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 400ml coconut milk
- 400g wagyu cubes
- 400g vegetables (potatoes, carrot, broccoli, beans)
- Chili
Method
- Stir-fry 1⁄2 jar of Valcom Green Curry Paste with 2 tbsp oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add coconut milk and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and oil appears.
- Add in vegetables and cook until tender
- In a separate pan, fry wagyu cubes on each side then add to curry pan and bring to boil
- Add sliced chili to taste before removing from heat. Serve with rice.
