Method
- Place salmon fillets in a heat proof bowl. Add one teaspoon of chicken stock.Poor over boiling water to cover.Cover with lid or foil for 20 mins.Remove salmon from stock.
- In a microwave heat up some pre cooked rice for 1min 30 secs with sushi seasoning mixed through.Meanwhile put fresh ingredients such as avocado, edamame , carrot, radish, lettuce , cucumber on the plate.
- Plate up rice and salmon with fresh salad.Drizzle with kewpie mayo and serve with citrus wasabi
