Method
- Combine the mayonnaise and wasabi paste in a bowl.
- Season the flour with salt. Coat the prawns in flour.
- Heat the oil in a wok over mediumhigh heat. Shallow-fry shrimps for 3-4 minutes until golden. Topping with wasabi mayonnaise.
