- Soy sauce, garlic, ginger, spring onion, sugar, salt

- Mix wasabi, sugar, soy sauce in bowl
- Pantry salmon fillets on high for 3 mins each side
- Add garlic, then sauce.Taste and adjust seasoning.Add chopped spring onions
