Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes/ powder
- 1 tsp of white sesame seed
- 1 tbsp of coriander
- 1 tsp of chicken powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 tbsp of black vinegar
- 1 tsp of Sesame oil
- 2 tsp of LKK XO Seafood sauce
- 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 serve of wonton/ dumplings
Method
- Mince garlic and roughly chop coriander
- In a bowl put the minced garlic, coriander, chilli flake/ powder, white sesame seed, chicken powder, salt, soya sauce, black vinegar, XO sauce and sesame oil
- In a small saucepan, heat up cooking oil to really hot
- Pour the hot oil into bowl from step 2
- Boil wonton/ dumplings according to package instruction
- Once wonton/ dumpling is done, put 3-4 ladle of water from cooking wonton/dumpling into bowl from step 2. Then put wonton/dumpling into bowl
